Within the DONE framework, we have defined five priority leaf-categories (KS I-V) in our view. The enumeration and ranking for these leaf-categories were developed within the two-year project DONE. The 15 relevant factors were subsequently assigned to the five leaf-categories. In the following, with the help of the example of the KS I leaf-category, we demonstrate how the framework can be applied. For this purpose, we provide the leaf-categorial assignment for the top-scoring factors of the DONE project for KS I. In the case of the example of KS I (leaf-category I) the top 5 relevant factors are:

The DONE framework defines a hitherto task-unified research structure that supports the research into biodiversity and cultural diversity in the' DONE framework' dimension. Both literature and expert knowledge-based definitions were collected and evaluated. Within a multitude of priorities for research, a core schema was defined.
